Ebb and Flow

Reflected light dancing amongst the ripples ebbing back and forth to the receding sea. The soothing whisper of the calming waters washing unimportant cares away, leaving behind only stillness and reassurance that all is well. Here, nothing else seems to matter, only the here, only the now.

For me, being by the sea is one of the most therapeutic places to be. The sense of calm it gives and the ebb and flow of the tide is a reminder that challenging times don’t last and the good times will soon continue to flow in the cycle of life.

The sense of contentment I felt from watching this couple walking so contentedly on white sands beach in Pembrokeshire was truly beautiful and a moment which just needed to be captured.
