Freedom

Standing on Bempton cliff tops, the fresh wind blowing in off the North Sea, watching the gannets soaring overhead, swooping out of sight against the backdrop of an ominous sky. The gentle sway of the grasses, the contrast of the vibrant red campion flowers against the off white heads of the delicate cow parsnips all contentedly gazing out across the peaceful waters to the distant horizon.

Standing here I feel free.
