Symphony of Colour

Vibrant bursts of poppies, scarlet red and flame orange, singing their beauty for all to hear. Soft undertones of soothing chamomile harmoniously complementing the hidden hues of cornflour blue punctuated with delicate staccatos of pinks and purples. The supporting grasses sway to the rhythm of the gentle breeze, conducting a relaxing symphony of colour, a soothing meditation to mesmerise the soul.

This small wildflower patch caught my attention whilst driving through Collingham in Nottinghamshire with the stunning array of colours seeming to create their own music as they swayed gently in the breeze. I feel so lucky to have seen this wonderful display whilst passing through and just had to stop and take the time to appreciate the variety of flowers growing there.
